Contradiction against advertising mails
The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation for the transmission of not expressly requested advertisement and information materials is hereby contradicted. 2. Data collection on our website

Server log files

Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent that they are necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to invoice the user.
The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Data transmission at contract conclusion for online shops, dealers and dispatch of goods

3. Social media
Share content via plugins (Facebook, Twitter)
The content on our pages can be shared in social networks such as Facebook or Twitter in accordance with data protection regulations. This site uses the Sharrif plugin from c’t Heise Online. This tool establishes direct contact between the networks and users only when the user actively clicks on one of these buttons.
This tool does not automatically transfer user data to the operators of these platforms. If the user is logged in to one of the social networks, an information window appears when using the social buttons of Facebook and Twitter, in which the user can confirm the text before sending it.
Our users can share the contents of this site in social networks in accordance with data protection regulations without having to create complete surfing profiles by the operators of the networks.
4. Plugins and tools
Events/seminars
The plugin “Events Manager” is used to manage events, seminars and registrations. Apart from the information that has to be entered by the user when registering for a seminar, no further data is collected, saved or sent to another server.
Firewall
The security plug-in “All In One WP Security & Firewall” from Tips and Tricks HQ is used to protect the website.
This plug-in uses cookies to protect this website, through which user data such as your IP address can be collected. The data is stored anonymously on our servers and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. The data is not passed on to third parties.
Languages
This website is available in German and English. We use the plugin “WPML”.
When you use the WPML plugin, we may collect certain information from you, including:

When you visit one of our sites equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the servers of YouTube is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.
If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
